1. Our name, logo and active url link must remain associated with the feed and visible adjacent to the feed.
2. Whilst the content will remain the copyright of its owner, all code and RSS data is the copyright of The Creative Organisation. We assert our moral rights to be identified as the author of the work at all times and to non-derogatory treatment of our produced endevours.
3. If you use the .xml version of the feed then you must cache it according to the TTL information contained in the feed.
4. If you use the javascript version of the feed then you must make no changes to the content or formatting.
5. RSS feeds are provided on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to curtail suspend or discontinue the service at any time to free users without notice.
6. We reserve the right to block access to over-zealous RSS feed aggregators for any reason we may determine.
7. Feeds are provided free of charge only where used in accordance with these terms.
If you are unable to agree to these terms then we respectfully ask you not to utilise our feeds in any form. We do check where our feeds are being used and will block any which do not meet these terms.
