2. Whilst the content will remain the copyright of its owner, all code and RSS data is the copyright of The Creative Organisation. We assert our moral rights to be identified as the author of the work at all times and to non-derogatory treatment of our produced endevours.
3. You must cache it according to the TTL information contained in the feed.
4. You must not present any feed as being created by yourself nor relay any feed from us to a third party.
5. You must not suggest to your users that the use of any data or news content supplied via the RSS data gives you any special status with the owner organisation supplying the content data.
6. RSS feeds are provided on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to curtail suspend or discontinue the service at any time to free users without notice.
7. We reserve the right to block access to over-zealous RSS feed aggregators for any reason we may determine.
8. Feeds are provided free of charge only where used in accordance with these terms.
